1. Terms and conditions
These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from Holistic2go via this website and you should read them carefully. Terms may alter if necessary and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
2. Order
You can submit an order for products to Holistic2go.com by adding items listed to your shopping cart and completing checkout including payment processing. All prices are reflected in £UK Sterling and exclude postage & packing charges. At the present time VAT is not chargeable on orders placed with Holistic2go.com. Orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom will be subject to an additional postage and packing charge. We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available. The order reflects pricing at the time of purchase the payment of which, via your Paypal account, will be approved by Paypal.
3. Acceptance of order
We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it and the completion of the contract between you and Holistic2go will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless you are notified that we do not accept your order. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address in order that we are able to contact you and so that we are able to accept your order. If your order is not accepted for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), your order will be cancelled and we will email you to advise you of the changes. You will then need to resubmit your order. Only payment via Paypal (including by debit and credit card, or by UK bank account via Paypal) are acceptable as payment for orders placed through this site.
4. Product promotion duration
Any product displayed at a special promotional price on the website will have the offer closing date clearly displayed. The closing date must be taken as finite and will be valid for all order placements accepted prior to midnight on the offer closing date displayed. Holistic2go the right to shorten or extend the offer without prior notification.
5. Delivery
We make every effort to dispatch orders within 48 working hours of order placement. Unless we state otherwise, ie the product is out of stock, we ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance, subject to conditions outside of our control, if the delivery address is the UK. However, we endeavour to deliver your order within fourteen working days and most orders are delivered much sooner than this. Orders delivered outside of the UK will be delivered as soon as possible, however we cannot guarantee a specific time, due to external regulations and procedures of non-UK authorities. The dispatch weight of the order will dictate the method of delivery. This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside of the UK. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately or by courier or by recorded delivery. All deliveries may require a signature on receipt and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and the products will be stored.
6. Payment
We will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is dispatched for delivery to you. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know by e-mail. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your Paypal account.
7. Returns
Refunds are available in accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer under English law. Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described may be returned for a full refund or exchange. In such a case, please return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. So that we can give you satisfaction as quickly as possible please call 07947 346289 before returning a product. Please remember to enclose your name, address and account and order number (if any) with your return, and enclose a note stating in what way the goods are unacceptable. You are responsible for the return postage but if goods are found to be not of satisfactory quality or not as described, we will refund the return postage cost. Delivery charges will not be refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. When returning goods for any reason, you must obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office, which should be retained until the refund is processed. 8. Warranties
The products which are sold via this website have been designed to comply with the statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the United Kingdom. We can therefore make no representation or warranty that any product is compliant with health, safety or other legal requirements which apply outside the United Kingdom. The majority of products will be covered by a best before date detailed on the packaging. This date relates to the product's shelf life from the date of manufacture. The best before date does not relate to the shelf life of the product once opened.
9. Emails
All emails to you will be forwarded to the address you specify to us. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address otherwise we will be unable to accept your order. You must also ensure that if this address changes between submitting your order and delivery of the products by us to you, you advise us of the new address. We will not be responsible for failure to perform under this agreement where such failure is attributable to a change of address.

11. Descriptions
To the best of our knowledge, the product descriptions on the site are accurate and up-to-date, but we are continually working to improve our product range and so specifications, sizes or other changes may be made from time to time which have not been reflected on the site. We include images of products on our site to help you with your selection. However, slight variations, for example, in graphics, colour, or pot size should be expected. All measurements and weights are approximate.
12. General
We will not be liable to you for any breach of our agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, industrial action, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights under English law. If we choose not to enforce a right under our agreement, that decision will not prevent us from enforcing other rights, or the same right on a later occasion. Our agreement will be governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by English Courts.
13. Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously and will treat all of your personal information in accordance with all applicable data protection laws in the UK.
