What potency?
In many self-help cases the 6c potency should be selected. It is useful when problems are mainly physical, such as coughs and colds, or when the condition is slow (chronic), although doses may need to be repeated more often than with the 30c potency.
The 30c potency is selected when the problem is very active (acute). The 30c potency is also useful when there is an emotional element to the condition, such as occasional sleeplessness, or where 6c brought only short-term improvement.
30c remedies should be taken as a short course (for no longer than five days) unless prescribed by a practitioner.
