HOW TO TAKE THIS PRODUCT

To begin with, take three times daily on one day of the week (eg take morning, afternoon and evening on every Monday), for four weeks

Then take three times daily on one day per fortnight (eg take morning, afternoon and evening on every OTHER Monday) thereafter
