Recommended Intake
One scoop (5 grams) mixed into water or juice taken daily with food, or as professionally directed.
Warnings
- May be contraindicated with Aspirin.
- Do not exceed 1 gram daily if taking the contraceptive pill unless professionally directed
- Not suitable for diabetics
- Long term intake of amounts greater than 4mg of Manganese daily may lead to muscle pain and fatigue
