Vitamin C as Potassium & Magnesium Ascorbate with Pomegranate, Plum & Blueberry

Vitamin C Complex combines two separate mineral sources of Vitamin C (Potassium Ascorbate and Magnesium Ascorbate) with the powdered extracts of
three different fruits - Pomegranate, Plum and Blueberry.

We prefer Potassium & Magnesium Ascorbate as our sources of Vitamin C rather than the more commonly used Ascorbic Acid.

In nature, Vitamin C occurs alongside a class of compounds called poyphenols - they are found together in a wide variety of fruits and vegetables - hence our
inclusion of these fruit extracts within the complex.A growing body of research demonstrates the specific roles that different polyphenols express, and many texts
refer to the supportive properties of both Blueberry and Pomegranate to immune, vascular and digestive health, as well as to their antioxidant content.

Nutrition Information:
2 capsules (recommended daily intake) provide

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Children from 2 years old may take 1 capsule a day.
Simply pull open capsule and sprinkle contents into food.

Flavonoid supplementation is not recommended during pregnancy, so this product should not be taken during pregnancy or if pregnancy is planned.
